plan after reviewing the results of a needs survey
that he sent to mayors.

Wozniak had a recent opportunity to tour one of Clinton
County's fastest growing businesses, Rafko Enterprise Inc.
The Lock Haven firm began operations about a year ago and
currently employs more than 160 people, with plans for
continued expansion. Rafko is a remanufacturer of used
automobile and truck parts. Finished products include items
such as drive axels and the constant velocity drive shaft
